I'm Julie Koepke, and I'm the president, CEO, and the employee of the month at Balsa Rocket. I'm a freelance animator specializing in Adobe Animate, but can also get down with illustration and website design and building. My many years of animation experience includes designing and implementing animations for toys and other electronic products, corporate presentations, and websites for clients ranging from large multinational companies to small non-profit groups.

I am highly proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate, and Dreamweaver as well as having experience building websites in HTML with CSS.

I live in Webster Groves, Missouri with my dog Sparks. When I'm not working, I like to knit weird things.
